Barrel-Aged Strong Ale w/cocoa nibs and ginger

Our award-winning Good Faith was aged in bourbon barrels and "dry-hopped" with fresh ginger and Ghanaian cacao nibs from Mutari Chocolate. On the nose, oak mingles with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and ginger. The flavor starts off with mild ginger spice and warming booziness, finishing with chocolate. Faith in Chocolate is faith well-placed.

Old Ale w/ Brett

Aged for over 15 months in French oak barrels, this old ale's brettanomyces character expresses itself as fruity funk on the nose, with flavors of dried cherry leading to a dry finish.

9.0% ABV • 35 IBU

Margarita Road

Barrel-aged Mexican Lager w/ Lime and Sea Salt

Parched? Quench your thirst with a glass of Margarita Road. We aged our Mexican-style amber lager in tequila barrels, then added sea salt and organic lime zest. The copper-hued malty lager has a bright and refreshing character that makes for easy drinking.
