Stefano balances soft, sweet malt, light fruitiness, and floral and herbal Noble hops character. Complex and delicate yet saturated with flavor, its strength is in its gentleness. We named it in honor of Grandpa Stefano Genco, who immigrated from Bari, Italy in 1906.
